I disagree, they didn't want to announce the second application for a reason... Otherwise they could have done it months ago and ensured it hit the joint authority in order to hold onto the permit in case of a rejection. This announcement is synergistic with the Friday announcement, there is actually no clarification, all that they clarified is that it is for a 2year suspension and extension.
Note the fact they just completely ignored the "variation" lol... I wonder why...
