I dont think people are selling because they read the news as a approval won't go ahead. They are most likely selling because they are not HOLD traders. They want quick returns and are putting their cash elsewhere but not a negative look on BPH. I can understand it because i dont like long term holds in anticipation for an approval even if the approval looks likely... just imo.
I still think It will all go ahead but traders don't like wasting time on delays
