Soph investors didnt invest and oversubscribed just for this....the approval for drilling is coming. The announcement was to extend the expire date for another 2 years due to COVID-19....lots of money was thrown to buy in for the CR...heavy hitters have thrown in few hundred thousands dollars to 1mill but was scaled back....i will only get 65% allocation from the CR...
