great if you are in this stock at 4 or 5c........your risk reward is attractive. at 16cents where a binary decision (approval or not) is pending...id be nervous. given this is political, and could therefore be protracted, nows the time to ask yourself whether you are really there for the long-term. expecting the hot money to keep evaporating from this stock.
