An announcement usually begins with "we are pleased to announce"... this wishes to advise. I can't see any positive in this.
I am even more dubious with the CR at 13c... to me they just wanted to get their hands on cash and liked the look of the current price.
This looks significantly delayed and I just can't see the SP holding up. I'm thinking a dump to the CR Level of 13c or possibly lower.
I don't know why people just shoot others down when they don't like the opinion of others.
