yep I agree I feel like this is covering Barilaro's butt so he can say "it wasn't me" when it is approved.
and then also a reminder to politicians/reporters etc. that this project will be beneficial to assisting with the lowering of carbon emissions and trying to ensure they are not some nature ruining monster lol.
