The permit remains in good standing by virtue of the undecided suspension and extension application, current status is more information requested. It remains in good standing until it is decided. The reason why the suspension, variation, and extension application was submitted in December 2019 has it's roots in the RL Energy/Sagasco failed farmin over the 3d seismic survey and the tug of war over the control between Breeze and the MEC crew. This was finally resolved in August 2019 which was clearly too late to complete a drill (required by Feb 2020 under the Y4 program), hence the extension request to NOPTA. The rest, they say, is history.
