The cost and complexity of loading unprocessed gas on board ships and shipping to be processed on shore would be expensive and weather dependent and offshore processing would also be expensive and would require a whole new NOPTA application and JA , environmental approvals that could take years
So regardless if NSW has no authority over the permit area , the NSW Government knows if the cut the projects access to shore it will affective doom the project financial viability
