I would have thought so - sadly at 12 Feb 2021 I held over 2 million BPH shares and just as many BUY shares. safe to say the 'Honorable' Scott Morrison cost me a small fortune.
I think that it if there is any compensation it would be that the government puts up $20ish million to cover the drill and from memory that's was the cash on hand balance of the entities back in 2021.
All hope is on swiftly being approved by the JA and they can get on with the drill.
