Knight has a valid point, but I don’t think the company’s would be agreeable to the latest decision if there wasn’t some sort of quid pro quo talked about.
even with all the politics in 21/22 Nopta recommended approval of Pep11 and the joint authority were also going to approve.
Realistically it would be hard not to approve Pep11 without looking biased.
what has changed in the past 12 months to deem Pep11
unapprovable if you believe Nopta and the JA did everything above board and only Scomo was the villain?
