Just curious as to why you think it would take 6-12 months to publish the judgment Flammy? The parties have already filed proposed the consent orders seeking to end the litigation, so it can't be out of the realms of possibility that the case may be "finalised" on Monday's Hearing. If you look at the timeline in the Pathfinder case, it only took about a month and a half from "Finalised/Resolved" to "Judgment", roughly 46 days. I imagine in Asset Energy's case the process could be more expedient given the circumstances, particularly given that NOPTA has previously recommended approval.
