Congratulations on the decision to end the court action, but this isn't smooth sailing from here. It's just back to where it was before ProMo shit canned it. It still has to be signed off by State and Federal. There was fierce community backlash to the project, whether you like to hear that or not. It's not full steam ahead on exploration or drills, the licence still need to be extended AFAIK. So it's changed from "snowball's chance in hell" to "Buckley's chance". GLTAH but you've gotta have some serious delusions of grandeur going on if you think the SP will hit $1 out of suspension.
