On a further thought, you would think Advent ( and BPH ) just wouldn’t have nodded when the Government approached them for consent order proposal. This was a case clearly in BPH favour and the Government threw in the towel. What benefit is BPH having just to agree ? Surely, there would have further discussions..

If I am taking the clues on both BPH announcement and Minister’s media release – very clearly mentions that the JA decision will be based on the “laws” only and not political. After all the media attention Scomo’s decision gathered, they would treat this very carefully. When you read that again it will be treated according to the “law” what will have the most weight ? Obviously the NOPTA decision.

Keep faith holders. It is really very very positive. It will be very difficult to reject this again without a valid reason.
