    I agree, it is a more positive position that last week. But we have sooooo missed todays opportunity while being in suspension STILL and possibly for a while. In a situation like this where there is court action and suspension, you would have though DB would have ensured every single t was crossed and every i was dotted, as to not give them one reason to create any doubt to credibility or continue this debacle which only affects us- not the asx. Clearly this has not happened. I don't like the idea of consent orders to stop the litigation and send it back for a decision per process as there is still a risk that they may not approve the extension. Who is to say the new gov will approve it. I also hope the consent orders had costs for the applicants ie us but fear they don't. This just needed to come out of suspension so we can reap the rewards of todays announcement instead of watching the opportunity slip buy. WE have known this was on the cards before the March hearing and was out likely to be negotiated to consent orders. BUY up today about 90 % and ending the day 43% up - we missed that opportunity. BUY is not in suspension. So why are we still???? BPH conduct perhaps. It is just frustrating.
