Onto it? Looks like they have pulled it off. Basically saying they have come to an agreement with the Government to have ScoMo's PEP11 decision vacated in the Federal Court. Just waiting on the Judge to sign off on the orders, which in any other case would just be paperwork, although i can't see any Judge going against the wishes of both parties but we are talking about PEP11 here.
This is great news for MEC. Do i see the light at the end of this very long tunnel?
