    So even if the Judge agrees to the Consent Orders, it still means the decision has to go back through the Joint Authority. What chance do you give that they'll make a different decision the next time around?

    Barring BUY, all Related Parties to the title holder and operator (Asset Energy) have been either delisted or suspended from trading. That would surely ring alarm bells with the JA as to the financial viability of the proponent.
