As far as NOPTA should be concerned is that Asset Energy is a wholly owned subsidiary of another entity (Advent) that is supposed to be 'independent' of MMR.
NOPTA shouldn't have to rely on Henry's cousin John's sister to demonstrate financial capability. But let's see!!
