That's were the biggest problem lies here with pep 11, there is no community opposition. 10-20 people complaining isnt community opposition.
I went to my first ever public protest against covid restrictions a few years ago, and when your sandwiched in amongst thousands of people who are shouting for their human rights to be returned to them that to me is what community opposition is.
