I may have missed it, but there's been no formal statement from the ASX or any reiteration by MMR recently stating that they're expecting relisting imminently. I do recall that a full prospectus/cap raising was one of the proposed pre-requisites to relisting that MMR previously stated.
The other was the reinstatement of PEP11.
The legal case is just attempting to force the joint authorities to make a decision. That doesn't mean it will be in favour of PEP11, despite what NOPTA may or may not have recommended.
