True IF we were playing on a level field. Right now we are playing against a team that is throwing anything they can. AND IF I were JEDA - I would claim this to be a concern that I need Asset to clarify cos - why should I approve something that will NEVER be commercialised. At the very least it makes Asset prove to them that there are other alternatives.... and hopefully takes NSW out of the picture.
NOTE: I have no idea whats in those 1608+ pages...... so this is all 'fantasy' - BUT hopefully DB and his crew can refute and satisfy all 1608+ pages and get JEDA to make a decision IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW!
