They have been sitting on these 'concerns' for how long?? Years??? or were they all made up after August 5?

A normal procedure of events would be that the Applicant is advised of the concerns as soon as they are realised and a 'back and forth' would take place to address those concerns.

This 1608+ pages to have been served on 18th Sept and given only 30 days is NOT due process or fair treatment etc etc....

Asset now has till 15th Nov to submit their response...and they better SUBMIT and refute every word/page/graph that has been given as JEDAs concerns.

However, I DO want to know what some (if not ALL) of the concerns are..... this should not be kept 'secret'

They ALL better be working on the reply and submit it back to JEDA on 15th Nov.......... showing JEDA that he has NO case!!!
