I tells you guys, that NOPTA to JA excites me because that means the only concern Ed has was that the company MMR wasn't relisted and Ed thinks that makes an impact on PEP11
If that's the only "concern" they could find as an excuse to say No, that's been BUSTED!!!
Because it took 5 years since, he probably thought it'll never get relisted!!
On that note, why did DB not bother getting it relisted??
There's other projects that could be done like the approved production one in NT?? We could've been in the money with that one? Not hard to have more than one project on the go, hire a manager to look after it.
so now there's no more "concerns" from Ed, PEP11 must be approved asap!!
DB must take him to court for unconscionable delays!!
Use that 3 days to force him back to court to get the 45 final decision!!!
