BUY has only a few hundred thousand invested and holds a very small percentage of Cerberus. This is just another project for them, lacking the capacity or capability to move it forward. With one of the four permits expired and little chance of renewal due to not meeting the requirements from the last extension, it’s hard to envision this becoming anything more than a way to keep shareholders on an endless path to nowhere. It's time to let it go, GB; there’s nothing left here.
