"moving to drill ready" is the terminology Advent uses, I have no problem with it, there is only so much you can do, or should do, without approval.
The CR in Feb 21 was due primarily to MMR's issues, only BPH held the funds to take up the Advent offer. BPH has committed $5.75M of the $6M Advent were seeking.
