The data is out there, I'm certain someone on the legal team will work out the average days the JA take for a decision and it's a given that PEP-11 is well and truely past that average time frame. BPH might find that the publicity, although mostly reported in a negative light to the general public, it might help their case and prove that political influence was involved. Certain politicians guaranteed PEP-11 wouldn't go ahead under a Morrison government. Scomo also made a clown of himself when announcing the cancellation of PEP-11 and is video proof of him working around the process' put in place. Also, can't forget the bill that was introduced into parliament that was aimed directly at PEP-11. Honestly, if that doesn't prove political influence was involved, I've got no idea what will.
