I'm starting to think maybe there's pressure from the Government to have the drill lined up ready to go before approval is given. That way they won't have to have a lot of time between approval and drilling for them to cop pressure from the greenies about it. We all know the pressure they copped before the illegal refusal of the drilling. Approve it, drill it pretty much straight away, no one will even notice the relatively tiny rig doing the job and no sign at all once it's capped afterwards.
