You aren't alone in that thought. The timeline is something that is deeply frustrating.

I appreciate your optimism, and support it.

Perhaps it's the recency bias, but it's just very disheartening to have to wait, knowing that we have been in this process for so long. Especially since we were given the green tick by NOPTA last time, and it was the JA that knocked it on its head.

It's very much a political football. And that's a shame because the NOPTA process is so stringent and demanding, yet the final hurdle is based on someone's "feelings" or personal opinion about the permit and the impact of it.
