I forecast this to be a political football long ago; in the days when BPH were still a biopharma. It has sure turned out to be so.

Feds and States alike can’t go around doing this to bonafide attempts at lawful application.
Just musing but….
There will be an early election called soon imo, and with both sides already proving they are shit scared of the green woke voters, it may be that this is decided by the election itself. Dutton will run on a platform of interim gas and nuclear. Albo will continue to hide, like Morrison did, and continue to dream on about renewables.
