How big would you like them to get. They are currently suing the Commonwealth government of Australia to get their gas tenement in the middle of a national gas shortage! Are we seriously having this discussion? Victoria is running out of gas! Both Victoria and NSW are cold and coal has twice the emissions of gas. Maybe pep11 is a good idea for BPH and everyone else - come to mention it
