What are they appealing or adjourning??
they're in no position to do such thing - what reasonable grounds do they have, and let's not forget they have to preserve the last shred of reputation they have left in this matter.
fighting this matter - is bias in itself.
The Fed were quick to call out Scomo bias - there is far more material for claiming bias now, than there was at that point in time.
