It depends on what asset energy's facts and evidence are.
If asset energy's case has merit, the government has to defend.
They can't just stay silent and say we agree.
They loose automatically then.
I don't think the barrister that put the case together thinks it's a long shot.
They have done this before.
I agree it's certainly very different.
Just have to wait n see hey.
