Here's another fun fact, it has now taken NSW longer to "re-make" this court ordered decision than it took them to make the original PEP11 decision, refer their announcement on 17/2/21. What. The. Heck.

Here's another fun fact, despite having the purported power to make a decision from 15/4/21, Scott Morrison sat on that power until December 2021. Up until then, NOPTA and DISER staff were not aware that he purported to hold this power, and no actual work was undertaken in that period. In December 2021, he decided he was ready to make the decision. The total number of days between Scomo requesting a brief, and Scomo announcing his decision, was 8 days. Yes, 8 days. That is actually how long it takes for a decision to be made. This is all documented in the Bell Report.
