With regards to decision making time frame... NOPTA (in a link you provided for FOI docs which I quoted before) actually expected the Feds to take approx 2 weeks to make their decision for the 2020 application. They saw no reason for any delays in making a decision by NSW and the FEDs. However, due to 'politics' - the decision on the 2020 application was delayed and biased etc etc - and since the Consent Order of Feb 2023 - we have been travelling down the same road with both 2020 and 2021 applications. Hence- finally - the Court action by Asset - which the FEDs KNEW would be triggered sooner or later as they are FULLY aware of this legislation - which was also the basis of the first court action/order.
