Just calling it as it is after witnessing DB CR after every artificial pump. He could've initiated this process over 12 months ago instead he just cap raises on every pump with the last being a Klarite report which is not even needed for the current process. Oh don't forget his last CR for Klarite also allocated money for marketing...which he does himself so guess where the money goes.
