Like others have said..... You dont come this far (taking JA to Court) and winning in Court (consent order) and then suddenly you decide to sit on your hands for 18 months and DO NOTHING!. There had to have been a 'plan' and I thank DB and his team for having a plan and FINALLY presenting it to the whole 'world' by submitting the Application to the Federal Court on 05/08/2024!!!
