I dont agree.
They cant blatantly ignore the court order ----> to make a decision in accordance with the law. it opens up a lot more then just an appeal to court if they deliberately make another biased decision.
THEY ARE THE GOVERNMENT - they can NOT ignore a court order. The system of Australian Government/Laws does not (IMO) allow this to happen without severe consequences. (Unless they truly have a valid legal reason to reject - which it would appear to date - there is NONE!!!)
So... JA Make a decision.
