And remember this:
EVERYONE is watching PEP11..... The drama/the delay/the court case/ the CONSENT ORDER/ and continuing saga that involves the Federal Court.
The Government can not sweep this under the rug.... they can not bully their way through either.
They are stuck between a rock and a hard place.
FEDs: Stop the delay. Tell the court you have made the decision. it is YOUR consent order..... live by it.
