Whats Riskier, whats Easier and what is simpler for labour to do, just play dumb and say "no" we dont even want the decision to be ours is easy for labour to do! Weak and easy, pass the buck, its to complicated so No, to the application. Does this benefit BPH or not on grander scheme? Atleast an answer is given and next steps can then occur.
Definitely would rather a Yes to the permit. Id rather be wrong in what I think is going to occur.
They could of said no along time ago though labour played it out so they don't look Bad either way.
They could and did drag and play this out though and made it a politcal game again!!!!!!! It's unfair and unjust! Though who's to stop them from doing so! And they have reason to.do so.
The is going to be a massive Court Case hopefully its over soon, how soon anyone have an idea?
Id rather abour say Yes now!!!!
