Read your own words...... and understand that they can NOT say NO!..... if they could with LEGAL reason - then they would have. Maybe they will find a legal reason.... but to date they havent found one. You do not delay for 9 months if U could have killed it and sent it back to court 9 months ago (without any repercussions to yourself!)
THIS government (FEDs + NSW) agreed to this Consent Order..... they are not Joe Bloggs who can say - I dont give a "F".... take me back to court.
