What would be the consequences of a No from government be though. Is there any possibility of No answer and how does the consequences effect labour.
If the consequences are light enough labour will just ride it out. Ah well whats the big deal move on to more renewable and stick with gas fields elsewhere, come up with another answer. Another answer is their reason for a No. Not because PEP11 is right or wrong. They dont want an answer at all so they will try aand find another solution instead of PEP11 not because PEP11 is right or wrong, theyll just move it on. And what or who will stop them fron doing so.?
Thats what we are doing and trying to achieve. The Fed Court will decide and unfortunately I think labours JA answer will be NO.
