The fact they have stated that the LAW will be applied is why they are delaying. They ahve no choice but to apply the law... IF Asset had not taken Scummbo to court - then the government would have gotten away with another UNLAWFUL BIASED decision.....
NSW and the FEDs have been delaying hoping to find another way - or Asset to just drop and disappear.
Trust the Courts. and trust the Aussie System
