This request is for a set time frame. If we were back in Feb 2023 - the original consent order... maybe there would be an argument against setting a time frame. But we have now fast forwarded 18 months since Feb 2023.... and NO DECISION to date with NSW - for some unknown reason - undertaking their own assessment!.
So.. i would hope the judge will see the delay and make the JA commit to the time frame as the judgement.
You never know what will happen and what arguments will be forwarded by either side.
