Yah not sure about this either:
"filed an Originating Application for Judicial Review in the Federal Court"
OK, so on the 5th of this month they FILED AN APPLICATION for review. So what is the application for review process? The application could be accepted for a court date, but how long does that take, and when would the court date be?
Also this:
"An order that the Joint Authority be compelled to determine the applications within 45 days"
So WHEN it gets to court, IF the application is successful, the JA has 45 days, IF the court agrees.

Absolutely agree this should have been filed months ago to give the options a decent chance, even one month ago. The Ann looks good on the surface, punters may have seen the JA 45 days to respond, but that's not from today, it's after all the bla bla above. Oppies will be closed from trading about 6 weeks from now which is, hmmm let's see, 42 days! Jeez, even if it went to court this week that's cutting it pretty damn close for holders. Strike on the oppies is 3c, could the SP hold that level up to expiry?? Lot's of IFs. Anyway, could be good for a trade on the heads and dump the options tomorrow before the punters read the fine print . Traders will be super keen for a trade in these very red market conditions so there could be some decent volatility. Anyway, it'll be interesting.
