An excellent development, and in hindsight is rather an obvious move to make. We all knew legal action was the only way to get the ball rolling here since the current Government was clearly trying to delay the decision indefinitely, which is always a ridiculous strategy, and is evidence that you have no real strategy in place.

So this was DB's plan to save our Options, huh? There's still no guarantee that Labor would just roll over and give us what we want, but this is a fight they can't realistically win, and I'm sure BPH's legal team is ready for any outcome. My guess they'll take the full 45 days just to annoy us, but they'll cave.
