I assume their concession will be by making a decision - which as u say is to send that S59 and get the process moving before having to front up to court.
this throws the cat amongst the pigeons and it’s about time.
And I assume the court will take up this application as they already have the 2023 court order as a ‘precedence’ to hear the case?
