"Special thanks to Madeleine King for her "it won't take 18 months" comment to Zali, that alone makes this case a slam dunk for Asset." - This was exactly my thought, we've essentially got the Minister in charge at the time saying that that kind of timeframe would not be 'fair'. I think you could easily equate 'fair' and 'reasonable' in a legal argument, and I doubt you'd need much else! The government, by its own (Minister's) admission, has gone beyond a 'reasonable' timeframe for decision.
