Is only 2 weeks until the PEP 11 PERMIT EXPIRES on the 17th March. So legally does this mean ASSET is no longer the owner of the permit and ownership of the permit reverts back to the government and pending the results of any decision in the appeals process a new permit would need to be reissued.
