As it's clearly stated by David Breeze the PEP11 permit expires on the 17th March, what other assets or projects of material value does MMR hold for shareholders and potential investors. As clearly stated the federal courts appeals process can be a very costly and long dragged out legal process. What will management focus be on to create value and wealth for shareholders while the PEP11 permit is in the hands of the court.
