This agreement has nothing to do with PNNs lithium deposit. It only gives Ganfeng the right to construct a pipeline on PNNs concessions which it will use for its Mariana project. There is no connection to PNNs deposit whatsoever. It literally says in the announcement that the funds will be used for the copper gold exploration project. Please also note that PNNs lithium concessions have extremely low lithium (244 mg/L) grades.
