can they RC drill underground or is it just DD so they can drill cheaper RC initially then tail it with DD ?
On the surface one of the constraints to depth they can drill is how long a drill string they can use based on the lifting force the rig needs to have to have to lift all the rods string) out of the ground (pull back force ) guessing it is the same constraint underground , but would be interesting to know if my assumption is wrong (as it often is) .
